Return and Refund Policy

We do our best to get orders out, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. We do NOT cater to time sensitive shipments, so plan ahead! We do not make exceptions for anyone. 

ORDER CANCELATION:

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! You may return the item(s) in accordance with the return policy.

PROMO CODES: 

Promo codes of any kind must be applied DURING checkout. You can NOT apply a discount code for after checkout. So please make sure you get it added.

RETURNS:

ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise, that qualify, for a store credit (Gift Card) within 10 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED. 

 

HOW TO RETURN: 

To make a return, item(s) MUST be sent back, within 10 days of the DELIVERY date. Tracking information for the return MUST be sent to Countyroadboutique.return@gmail.com within those 10 days. Items MUST be returned WITH TAGS and UNDAMAGED/UNWORN. If item(s) are returned without tags or are damaged/worn, you will NOTreceive your E-Gift Card. 

INCLUDE IN RETURNING PACKAGE: 

  • PACKING SLIP from your order OR printed confirmation email. 
  • CIRCLE ITEM(S) being returned and include the REASON FOR RETURN.

PACK YOUR RETURN: 

Purchaser IS responsible for all shipping costs on the returning package. ITEMS MUST BE PACKED WITH CARE in new packaging.

EXCHANGES: 

Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.

WRONG ADDRESS: 

If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost, or the order will be canceled and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the amount of item minus a 10% restocking fee (not including shipping that was at our cost). 

ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN: 

If an item is returned that DOES NOT qualify for a return (All Final Sale Items or damaged/worn) we will send you an email and invoice for the return shipping cost. If you have not emailed us back and paid the shipping charge within 10 days, the items will be donated to charity. FINAL SALE ITEMS are nonnegotiable FINAL SALE

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to Countyroadboutique.return@gmail.com  WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return. You have 10 DAYS to ship the return back to us. If the items are not sent back within those 10 days the item(s) will no longer be accepted. 

STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted. All tags must be intact.
